Description
This solicitation seeks a contractor to provide annual boiler plant inspection services for the VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics (VA SORCC) in White City, Oregon. The contract includes a base year (Nov 1 2026 – Oct 31 2027) and up to four one‑year option years, covering routine internal and external inspections of three 250‑HP boilers, inspections of associated tanks, and a non‑destructive testing (NDT) requirement in Option Year 3. The contractor must supply qualified personnel, including an Oregon‑licensed boiler inspector and ASNT Level II NDT technicians, and must coordinate scheduling with the VA Boiler Plant Lead. All work must be performed Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, excluding federal holidays, and must adhere to VA‑specified reporting and documentation standards.
• Annual Type “A” internal and Type “C” external boiler inspections, plus safety‑device testing.
• Optional inspections of deaerator/feed‑water, heat‑recovery, condensate, and bottom‑blow tanks in Option Years 1, 3, 5.
• NDT (wet‑fluorescent magnetic‑particle, ultrasonic) on the deaerator/feed‑water tank in Option Year 3, requiring a certified inspector present.
