The Arkansas Army National Guard is issuing an RFI to gauge market interest from qualified small‑business vendors for full‑service dining‑facility operations at the Regional Training Institute (RTI) on Camp Joseph T. Robinson. The work includes menu planning, cooking, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, providing sack lunches and “to‑go” meals, and supporting field‑feeding requirements. The contract will be an IDIQ with a one‑year base period and up to four additional one‑year options, totaling a possible five‑year performance window. Vendors must be SBA‑qualified, registered in SAM, and able to meet extensive food‑service, security, and regulatory standards.
