The U.S. Embassy in Kuwait is seeking a vendor to provide full‑service cooking and food‑service support for the Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR) and Post 1 office. The contractor will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 5‑9 Marines (approximately 15‑27 meals per day), handle weekend bulk meals, manage menu planning, maintain hygiene, and submit regular performance reports. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price award for a one‑year base period with four optional one‑year extensions (maximum five years). No subcontracting is permitted; all staff must be direct employees.
