The award will be a one‑year contract with up to four annual renewal options, requiring rapid emergency response and detailed documentation for each service event. The contractor must employ certified mechanics, maintain a 2‑hour response window to any site, and submit sealed bids with unit pricing for multiple maintenance categories and labor rates for repairs.
