Description
The City of Corona is seeking a qualified consultant to assume full‑service programming, event production, and day‑to‑day operations for “The Hub,” a mixed‑use downtown destination that includes retail, dining, and outdoor gathering spaces. The contractor will be responsible for developing weekly, monthly, seasonal, and special‑event activations; securing vendors and sponsors; handling marketing, branding, and social‑media promotion; managing permits, insurance, and compliance; and providing ongoing operational oversight. The contract is initially for three years with up to three one‑year renewal options, and the City expects a compensation structure that may be a flat fee, revenue‑share, or hybrid model, subject to a maximum annual cap to be negotiated.
