Bayshore CRA Landscape Maintenance

The Collier County Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance for multiple vacant residential parcels within the Bayshore Community Redevelopment Area for Fiscal Year 2027. The work includes mowing, vegetation clearing, shrub and tree trimming, exotic plant removal (hand tools only), herbicide application, debris and trash removal, edging, and periodic site inspections. Services are to be performed twice‑monthly during the rainy season (May‑Oct) and once‑monthly during the dry season (Nov‑Apr), between 7 AM‑6 PM, Monday‑Friday.
