Murray State University is seeking a vendor to provide a campus‑wide Managed Print Services (MPS) solution. The contract will replace the existing fleet of roughly 191 multifunction devices with vendor‑owned equipment, deliver all‑inclusive supply management, on‑site technical support, and per‑impression billing while integrating with the university’s student‑card system and Ellucian Banner ERP. The vendor must meet strict service‑level response times, maintain security compliance with FERPA and Kentucky privacy statutes, and provide detailed usage reporting and “green” initiatives. • Replace and lease ~191 multifunction printers/copy/scan devices, including student‑print stations. • Provide 2‑hour business‑hours response, 24/7 device monitoring, automatic consumables replenishment, and preventative maintenance. • Integrate pay‑for‑print (student ID, credit card) and billing data with the university’s ERP and SSO systems. • Deliver detailed reporting, secure handling of confidential student information, and compliance with FERPA and KY personal‑information‑security law. • Offer a 5‑year contract (with optional renewal) covering equipment, supplies, service, and support.
