Description
The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is soliciting sealed bids to construct four full‑hookup RV sites at Yampa River State Park. The scope includes site clearing, grading, earthwork, installation of imported fill, aggregate base course, electrical service, potable water HDPE line, sanitary sewer HDPE force main, a lift‑station manhole, a 18” HDPE culvert with riprap, and site restoration. Contractors must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals, comply with Colorado prevailing‑wage and labor‑local‑content requirements, and furnish performance and labor bonds as required. The work must be completed within 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
