Description
This solicitation seeks a vendor to procure, transport, and deliver a full suite of computer hardware and accessories to the U.S. Embassy’s INL COMCA Warehouse in San Marcos, San Salvador, for donation to the National Public Security Academy (ANSP). The contract will be firm‑fixed‑price, with all costs (materials, labor, shipping, warranty) included, and must be fulfilled within 60 days of award.
• Deliver 7 high‑spec desktop computers (Intel Core Ultra 7, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD) and associated peripherals.
• Supply laptops, monitors, smart displays, tablets, UPS units, printers, keyboards, mice, headsets, and related accessories as detailed in the line‑item list.
• Provide full warranties (1‑3 years) and ensure FOB‑destination delivery with prior notice of at least three working days.
• Award will be based on lowest price; no oral or late quotations accepted.
