The Alabama Peace Officers’ Annuity and Benefit Fund is seeking a qualified investment manager (and optionally a custodian) to oversee a $45 M balanced portfolio composed of equities, bonds, and money‑market instruments. The vendor must meet performance benchmarks, provide extensive monthly reporting, and have senior advisory staff attend Board meetings in person. The contract runs for an initial 21‑month base period with up to two one‑year renewal options. • Manage a $45 M portfolio (60% equity, 36% fixed‑income, 4% money‑market) and exceed specified equity and fixed‑income benchmarks. • Provide monthly performance statements, valuations, and quarterly fee calculations based on fair‑market value. • Senior Portfolio Advisor must attend monthly Board meetings and be available for any additional meetings. • Must demonstrate $300 M+ in public‑fund assets under management, SEC registration, and at least five years senior advisor experience. • Comply with Alabama’s Beason‑Hammon Act, E‑Verify, and maintain errors‑and‑omissions insurance and EEO policies.
