RFQ - Consulting Services for Water Well CBK-81 Construction and L-211 TCP & H2S Treatment

The City of Bakersfield is seeking an experienced engineering consulting firm to provide full design services for two water‑related projects: (1) design and construction‑ready documents for a new groundwater well (CBK‑81) and (2) design of a treatment system to remove Trichloropropane (TCP) and address H₂S issues for an existing well (L‑211). The consultant will deliver preliminary, intermediate, and final design packages, support the bidding process, and provide construction‑phase technical assistance, including review of shop drawings, change‑order evaluation, and as‑built documentation.
