Air Show VIP Tent Rental

The U.S. Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide a first-class and professional environment for state and local leaders, current and prior senior-level leadership, and other distinguished guests invited by the commander at the 2026 Warriors Over the Wasatch Airshow. The contractor shall provide all required equipment, materials, and labor to deliver, set up, and subsequently tear down and remove temporary tents, tables, chairs, linens, and outdoor furniture. The setup shall be in support of the Commander's VIP Tent. • The contractor shall deliver and install two tents, one 30’ x 50’ and one 30’ x 60’, with all necessary supports and hardware. • The contractor shall provide 475 white plastic folding chairs, 6 three-person wicker outdoor couches, and 12 one-person wicker outdoor chairs. • The contractor shall provide 40 60-inch round tables, 6 outdoor wooden side/end tables, and 80 round linens in red, white, and blue. • The contractor shall perform delivery and setup, teardown and removal, and maintain the equipment during the event. • The contractor shall maintain sufficient insurance certifications and hold the U.S. Air Force harmless for any negligence caused by the actions or inactions of the services being provided.
