Farmington Area Founders Festival Event Management

The City of Farmington is seeking a contractor to manage the annual Farmington Area Founders Festival, a three-day community event held in mid-July. The contractor will be responsible for planning and executing the festival, including securing entertainment and vendors, managing marketing and branding, and overseeing event logistics. The City and Downtown Development Authority will work cooperatively with the selected contractor to provide support and resources. The contract will be for a three-year term, with the option for renewal.
