Provision of On Call Electrical Repair, Preventative Maintenance, and Installation of an Annual Contract

This solicitation seeks a qualified electrical contractor to provide on‑call repair, preventative maintenance, and installation services for a wide range of Gwinnett County facilities under an annual contract with up to four optional one‑year renewals. The work includes 24 × 7 emergency response, scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment such as lightning‑protection systems, ATS units, panels, switchgear, and transformers, as well as time‑and‑material installations after prior cost approval.
