Description
The San Diego Unified School District is seeking a qualified vendor (or consortium) to provide comprehensive DJ/VDJ, photo‑booth, and catering services for after‑school events across all district schools. The work includes supplying all sound, lighting, video‑DJ equipment, staffing, party‑favor props, and full “all‑inclusive” catering (dessert bar, finger foods, and beverages) on a per‑hour or per‑student basis. Contracts will run for a one‑year base period with up to four optional one‑year renewals (maximum five years). Bidders may submit for any combination of the defined Lots (DJ packages, photo‑booth, and catering). All pricing must be fixed for the entire contract term and include every cost (equipment, labor, taxes, set‑up, tear‑down, etc.).
• Provide DJ/VDJ services ranging from extra‑small (≤150 guests) to extra‑large (500‑750 guests) with all‑inclusive hourly rates.
• Supply photo‑booth units (360°, stationary, or enclosed) with digital printing, social‑media sharing, and on‑site staffing.
• Deliver catering on a per‑student basis covering dessert bars, finger foods, and a variety of drinks, with all set‑up/clean‑up included.
• Maintain required background‑check clearances, drug‑free workplace certifications, and insurance coverage as specified.
• Service all 226 SDUSD facilities district‑wide and, when needed, off‑site prom venues.
