Description
The State of North Carolina’s Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (DNCR) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for the ten rustic family vacation cabins at Hanging Rock State Park. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning each cabin after approximately 620 rental turnovers per year, supplying all labor, supervision, equipment, and cleaning materials (except toilet paper and trash bags, which are provided by the State). Optional deep‑cleaning services are also available on a per‑cabin basis. The contract term runs from January 5 2027 through January 4 2030, with a potential extension at the State’s discretion. Bids must be submitted electronically via the NC eProcurement system by October 29 2026, 2:00 PM ET. A non‑mandatory site visit is scheduled for October 21 2026.
