Metro Regional Transit Authority (Metro) is seeking a qualified janitorial contractor to provide comprehensive cleaning and disinfecting services for five of its facilities in Akron, Ohio: the Administrative Office (416 Kenmore Blvd), Romig Transit Center (2340 Romig Rd), Independence Transit Center (1080 Independence), RKP Transit Center (631 Broadway), and the Maintenance & Operations Building (348 Kenmore Blvd). The contract will be for an initial one‑year term with four optional one‑year extensions. Bidders must submit a full technical proposal, experience narrative, and a separate pricing package through Metro’s OpenGov portal by 4:00 pm on December 3 2026.
