DCYF/Quality of Coaches

The Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) is seeking a contractor to observe Parent Aware Quality Coaches and collect data related to the quality of coaching. The scope of work includes observing coaching sessions, collecting and analyzing data, and providing feedback to coaches. The application process and eligibility requirements are outlined in the RFP document. Current DCYF employees are not eligible to apply, and current state employees outside of DCYF should consult their supervisor and agency's Ethics Officer before applying. • The contractor will be responsible for observing coaching sessions and collecting data on the quality of coaching. • The contractor will analyze the data and provide feedback to coaches. • The contractor will be required to submit a report on their findings and recommendations. • The contract will be awarded to the most qualified bidder, based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and price.
