Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs is seeking an Indian Economic Enterprise (or other qualified small business) to provide a suite of SmartsheetGOV cloud‑based software subscriptions that support the BIA‑STAT trust‑accountability platform. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price, multi‑year contract (base year plus up to four one‑year options) for a set quantity of licenses and associated subscription services. The contractor must be an authorized reseller capable of provisioning the licenses in the government‑only Smartsheet environment and must meet the 100 % Indian Small Business set‑aside requirements.
• Provide 300 SmartsheetGOV user licenses, 5 Control Center blueprints, 4 Data Shuttle streams, 1 Dynamic View package, and 2 Enhanced Technical Account Manager subscriptions each year.
• Deliver all items electronically; no on‑site work or implementation services are required.
• Contract is awarded on a “price‑only” basis; the lowest evaluated price that meets technical acceptability will win.
• Options extend the contract through October 2031, with the same quantities each option year.
• All quotations must be submitted per the SF 1449 form and include the required IEE representation certification.
