The solution must support in‑person and hybrid meetings, Microsoft Teams, electronic voting, recording, livestreaming, assistive listening, and future technology upgrades. The scope includes design, equipment procurement, installation, programming, integration, testing, documentation, training, warranty, and ongoing technical support.
