Description
North Carolina State University is seeking a vendor to print, stuff, stamp, and mail three rounds of survey materials (letters, postcards, and incentive coasters) to approximately 17,800 alumni for its triennial Baccalaureate Alumni Survey. The vendor will receive electronic files for each mailing, produce the printed pieces in‑house (except the coaster which may be outsourced with approval), assemble the mailings, and ship them using first‑class postage. The work must be completed within five business days of file receipt for each mailing, with strict quality‑control, security, and documentation requirements. • Quantity: ~17,800 letters (first mailing), ~16,000 postcards (second), ~15,200 letters (third) • Deliverables include letterhead stationery, envelopes, postcards, and a 3.5‑inch pulpboard coaster incentive • All printing, stuffing, stamping, and mailing must be performed in‑house (coaster printing may be subcontracted) • Must provide security plan, QA/QC proofs, and allow on‑site spot checks • Deadlines: Jan 6 2027 (mailing 1), Feb 4 2027 (mailing 2), Mar 8 2027 (mailing 3) • Vendor must have experience with large‑scale personalized mailings and handling sensitive data
