Texas Southern University (TSU) is seeking a qualified printing vendor to provide on‑demand, “as‑needed” printing services for its Reprographics Department. The contract will run for three (3) years with two optional one‑year extensions, and the total estimated value is $90,000. Vendors must be in business at least five years, have capacity to meet tight turnaround times (5‑7 business days), and be able to handle a variety of print jobs (booklets, postcards, brochures, pocket folders, posters) delivered to multiple campus locations. All work is performed on a per‑job basis; no minimum volume is guaranteed. The vendor must supply proofs, handle electronic file formats (.INDD, .AI, PDF), use TSU‑approved color standards, and invoice electronically.
