The Indian Health Service is seeking a contractor to provide IT Support Services for the Great Plains Area Office, Office of Information Technology, in Aberdeen, South Dakota. The contract will be a firm-fixed price, non-personal service type, commercial item purchase. The contractor will be required to provide IT support services, including RPMS/IRIS platform, OS, patching, backups, accounts, journaling, mirroring, updates, proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and best-practice support for AIX and Windows. The contract will have a base year and four one-year option periods. The contractor must be a small business with 150 employees or less. • The contractor must provide all-inclusive pricing, including travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state, and local taxes. • The contractor must comply with all terms and conditions of the solicitation. • The contractor must provide a technical description of the item/service in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the solicitation requirements. • The contractor must provide past performance information, including recent and relevant contracts for the same or similar items. • The contractor must provide a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions of the solicitation.
