Government-Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) Aircraft/Ground Fuel Services and Fuel Storage and Distribution at Cannon AFB, NM, Holloman AFB, NM, Davis Monthan AFB, AZ and Luke AFB, AZ

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy is seeking a contractor to provide Government-Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) aircraft and ground fuel services, as well as fuel storage and distribution, at four locations: Cannon AFB, NM, Holloman AFB, NM, Davis Monthan AFB, AZ, and Luke AFB, AZ. The contractor will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and operating GOCO facilities and equipment, ensuring safe and accurate handling of petroleum products, and complying with environmental and safety regulations. The contract will be for a four-year base period, with a five-year option period and a possible six-month extension. • The contractor will provide fuel services, including receipt, storage, and issue of petroleum products • The contractor will maintain and operate GOCO facilities and equipment • The contractor will ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations • The contractor will provide training to personnel on fuel handling and safety procedures • The contractor will be responsible for inventory management and accounting of petroleum products
