Equipment Upgrades for Mobile Production Lab

The Middle Tennessee State University is seeking bids for equipment upgrades for its Mobile Production Lab. The upgrades include camera chains, switcher, router, router control systems, and replay. The bid must include all educational and governmental discounts, including Higher Education Discounts. The vendor must have been in business providing audio equipment for at least three years and provide three references of active work performed in a similar magnitude. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The bid must be submitted electronically or by mail, and must include the original and a copy in a sealed envelope. • The vendor must comply with all terms and conditions, including the Tennessee Prompt Pay Act of 1985 and the Tennessee Open Records Act. • The vendor must provide a minimum 30-day return policy for defective or inaccurate products. • The vendor must not knowingly utilize the goods and/or services of illegal immigrants in the performance of the contract.
