As-Needed Specialized/Professional Services

The City of La Mesa’s Community Development Department is establishing up‑to‑five master‑agreement consulting firms for each of ten specialized disciplines (environmental planning, historic preservation, community engagement, long‑range planning, housing consulting, housing‑element updates, CDBG administration, planning staff augmentation, architectural services, and cannabis compliance). Selected firms will sign a three‑year professional‑services agreement with two optional one‑year renewals (maximum five years). Work will be issued as on‑call task orders, with rates negotiated up front and not to exceed the master‑agreement fee schedule.
