The U.S. Embassy in Kuwait is seeking a contractor to provide lighting, stage, and sound setup for an Independence Day event. The event will be held on March 31, 2026, and the contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and personnel. The scope of work includes setting up a stage, providing lighting and sound equipment, and installing LED screens. The contractor will also be responsible for providing a photo booth and decorative elements for the VIP area. The embassy will provide the stage platform, and the contractor will be responsible for providing all other bill of materials. Some key points to consider include: • The stage dimensions are 8m x 6m x 60cm, and the dance floor should be a minimum of 7x7 meters. • The contractor should provide a traditional modular dance floor with an anti-slip mechanism for safety. • The embassy prefers a traditional stage setup enhanced with lighting effects. • The contractor should provide LED screens, including one 6m x 4m center screen and two side screens. • The embassy will provide the visual artwork for the photo booth, and it should follow the same identity/theme as the event. • The contractor should provide decorative elements for the VIP area, including ambient and decorative lighting. • The embassy prefers a modern lounge-style seating area for the VIP section. • The contractor should provide large image panels for the corners of the food area and thin vertical image panels along the walkways.
