The City of Spokane seeks a qualified firm to handle all aspects of concert booking and production for the Gesa Pavilion Summer Concert Series. The contractor will be responsible for acquiring nationally‑recognized acts, managing event production logistics, coordinating security, permits, hospitality, and marketing, and delivering a financially viable pricing model that meets a minimum of eight shows per season. This multi‑year contract (initial five‑year term with two optional one‑year extensions) requires the vendor to provide stage management, equipment coordination, and partnership/sponsorship development. • Book 8‑15 nationally‑known concerts each summer (June 1‑Sept 30) while respecting city‑specified blackout dates. • Provide full production services: stage management, sound & lighting vendor coordination, security, permits, artist hospitality, and premium‑experience packages. • Develop a partnership pricing model covering venue rental, revenue‑share, sponsorships, and profit‑and‑loss projections, including liquidated‑damage penalties for missed shows. • Manage marketing, promotion, and sponsorship outreach to maximize attendance and revenue. • Deliver the contract over a five‑year term (with two optional one‑year extensions) and meet all city‑mandated compliance (insurance, non‑discrimination, compost policy, etc.).
