Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,500,000

The solicitation does not disclose a budget. Based on the breadth of services (grant administration, financial reporting, water‑resources planning, permitting, data systems) and the one‑year duration for a mid‑size California water district, comparable consulting engagements typically range from $500,000 to $1,500,000 annually. Factors influencing the final fee include the number of grant programs managed, the complexity of the water‑resources planning components, and any optional extensions or additional services requested during the contract term.
