Description
Efficiency Vermont, the state‑wide energy‑efficiency utility, is seeking a qualified firm or individual to provide full‑service event planning and management for the Better Building by Design conference series covering 2028‑2030. The contractor will handle pre‑conference planning (virtual, hybrid, or in‑person options), serve on the coordinating committee, manage marketing materials, recruit and support speakers, coordinate venue logistics, oversee virtual platform setup, handle exhibitor and sponsor relations, manage attendee registration, provide financial management, and conduct post‑conference evaluation. The performance period runs July 2028 through June 2030, with a budget not to exceed $65,000 per conference (total potential spend ≈ $195k).
