Description
The City of South Fulton is seeking a single, accountable contractor to provide comprehensive event‑management services for the Wolf Creek Amphitheater, including talent procurement, concert production, marketing, ticketing coordination, and on‑site execution of a full seasonal concert program. The contractor will be responsible for securing at least twelve city‑approved live events each season (minimum seven concerts), handling all aspects of artist negotiations, production logistics, promotional campaigns, and post‑event settlements. The contract is a one‑year performance‑based agreement with up to four optional one‑year renewals, and compensation will be a mix of fixed fees, reimbursable costs, and a 70/30 revenue‑share model.
