RFP - Repair, Maintenance, & Re-Bed Water Softener Systems

The Southwest Virginia Regional Jail Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to repair, maintain, and re‑bed its water softener systems located at two jail facilities in Duffield and Haysi, VA. This work includes diagnosing existing issues, performing necessary repairs, routine maintenance, and reinstalling components to ensure reliable operation of the water softening equipment. The scope covers both sites and requires compliance with local regulations and agency standards. • Repair and upkeep of existing water softener units at two correctional facilities. • Perform re‑beding (regeneration media replacement) and any necessary component replacements. • Provide ongoing maintenance support and documentation of work performed. • Must meet agency safety and quality requirements; work must be completed before the contract close date.
