LIFESLED RESCUE BOARDS

The County of Hawai‘i’s Purchasing Division is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for three (3) Lifesled Rescue Boards to be used by the Hawaii Fire Department. Each board measures 74" × 41" × 4", weighs 58 lb, includes ten grab handles, a plastic nose protector, and three attachment points. The boards must be delivered FOB destination to 466 Kinoole St, Hilo, HI 96720, with all taxes (including the 4.712 % General Excise Tax) and freight prepaid and included in the unit price. Quotations must be submitted electronically via the OpenGov procurement portal by 2:00 pm HST on Thursday, October 22, 2026. Vendors must be HCE‑compliant for quotes $2,500 and above, provide warranty information, and may be required to submit proof of compliance (certificate of good standing, tax clearance, etc.).
