Vehicle Wash Maintenance & Repair

The City of Denton is seeking a firm to perform tasks associated with maintenance and supply for the Solid Waste Vehicle Wash Facility. The scope of work includes repairs, maintenance, and supplies for the facility, including equipment removal, replacement, and installation. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing service management, materials, equipment, tools, and labor necessary to complete repairs, maintenance, and supplies agreement. The evaluation criteria for the selection of the firm will be based on project schedule, specifications, price, and probable performance. Some key points of the scope of work include: • Flat monthly rate for monthly maintenance and repairs as needed • Repairs and/or replacement of equipment, electrical components, and plumbing and gas system components • Mitigate manufacturers' design flaws and execute corrective action • Provide a 24/7 contact and a response time of 12 hours, including weekends and holidays • Provide an example invoice sheet and monthly or as-needed work orders with details on equipment checkpoints, component checkpoints, and supplies management • Make recommendations on amounts of supplies needed per unit, per month, per vehicle using the facility • Provide and install reflective and corrosion-resistant signage
