The work is split into a legacy‑backlog phase (approximately 9,500 documents / 109,000 pages) and an ongoing remediation phase for new documents (≈ 95 documents / 57,000 pages per year). The vendor must supply per‑page pricing, demonstrate staff IAAP certifications, meet strict security and data‑residency requirements, and support a secure electronic submission portal.
