Description
The County of Los Angeles Aging & Disabilities Department seeks a qualified vendor to deliver a cloud‑based Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) Adult Protective Services (APS) Case Management System. The solution must support data collection, reporting, and tracking of APS services, and include full lifecycle services: system design, data migration, testing, implementation, training, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing technical and operational support. The contract will begin July 1 2027, run an initial six‑year term (with up to four one‑year options), and must be live no later than June 1 2028. Vendors must demonstrate prior SaaS case‑management implementations for large public agencies and meet strict security, availability, and reporting requirements.
