Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an annual maintenance and support subscription for TIBCO software (TIBCO Scribe Online) covering both base and add‑on modules. The contract will run for one year (10/31/26 – 10/30/27) and requires the vendor to be an authorized distributor/reseller, to deliver cloud‑based software subscriptions electronically, and to submit all required procurement forms via the County’s Vendor Self Service portal. The award will be made to the most responsive and responsible bidder, with a strong preference for local small businesses.
• Scope: Annual renewal of TIBCO Scribe Online base subscription (1 EA) and add‑on solution (1 EA).
• Delivery: Cloud‑based, electronic delivery; no physical shipment required.
• Compliance: Must provide manufacturer authorization letters, complete Appendix A forms, and meet California tax and small‑business certification requirements.
• Submission: Online only via VSS portal by 12:00 PM Nov 5, 2026.
