Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is seeking authorized Red Hat resellers or channel partners to provide Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) software maintenance and technical‑support subscriptions for a one‑year period. The work consists of electronically delivering the required subscriptions (including SKU RH00008 quantity 57 and other related SKUs) in the name of the District, ensuring compliance with Red Hat licensing, and providing technical support as defined in the solicitation. Bidders must be certified Red Hat partners, submit pricing via PlanetBids, and attach required compliance forms. Evaluation will be based on lowest responsive price plus any Business‑Outreach incentives; payment terms are Net 30 with possible early‑payment discounts.
