RFP 26-PR02, Merchandise Screen Printing & Sales for City Events

The City of Milton is seeking a full-service vendor to provide on-site merchandise production and sales for the City’s annual Crabapple Fest event. The initial contract term shall be for an annual term which will expire September 30, 2027, with the option for two automatic annual renewals through September 30, 2029. The selected vendor will serve as the exclusive provider of official Crabapple Fest merchandise and shall be responsible for producing, selling, and managing event merchandise during the festival. Key responsibilities include operating an official merchandise sales booth, providing staffing and supervision, maintaining a clean and safe booth, and managing inventory and sales. • The vendor must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to operate the merchandise booth. • The vendor must ensure that all merchandise is of high quality and meets the City’s standards. • The vendor must provide a detailed financial proposal outlining estimated production costs, retail pricing, and revenue projections. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, taxation, and environmental protection.
