This solicitation sought a vendor to replace Sedgwick County’s paper‑check disbursement process with an electronic payment platform covering multiple county departments. The scope included same‑day payment capability, integration with the county’s SAP ECC (transitioning to SAP S/4HANA Cloud), optional branded website or kiosk solutions, and ongoing support and data migration. The RFP allowed for a one‑year base term with three optional one‑year renewals and contained a 30‑day termination clause. After extensive outreach (352 vendors contacted), the solicitation was ultimately cancelled as noted in Addendum #4.
