Description
The State of Michigan is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding telecommunications products, services, software, equipment, and managed solutions to support the communication, networking, connectivity, and operational requirements of state agencies, departments, institutions, local government entities, and other authorized users. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify available technologies, service offerings, pricing models, industry best practices, and emerging innovations that can support the current and future telecommunications needs of the State.
Some key areas of interest include:
• Internet Service Provider (ISP) & Broadband Services
• Enterprise Data Communications Services
• Enterprise Voice Communication Services
The State is particularly interested in solutions that provide high availability, scalability, cybersecurity, interoperability, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
