The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) is issuing a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) under its 2012 Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services Master Contract (No. 060B2490022) for the procurement of Turing Video License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras and related hardware. Only Master Contractors who already hold the referenced master contract and are certified small‑business vendors may submit.
