Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide inspection, maintenance, repair, and replacement services for the Vulcan® Gate barrier systems used on Kentucky state highways. The work will be performed under delivery orders issued by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) Division of Maintenance across Districts 4, 8, and 11. Services include visual inspections, debris removal, lubrication, component replacement with original manufacturer parts, and traffic control setup in accordance with MUTCD standards. The contract is a one‑year master agreement (initial period ending 10/31/2027) with four optional one‑year renewals, and vendors must be registered in the Commonwealth e‑Procurement system. Insurance, bonding, and compliance with state regulations are mandatory.
