Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive software maintenance and support for the EMS LINQ suite used across multiple nutrition assistance programs. The work includes ongoing technical support, software updates, security patching, hosting services, annual subscriptions, and regulatory updates to ensure uninterrupted service for local education agencies. The contract is a sole‑source Quick‑Quote award with a term running from October 1 2026 through September 30 2027.
• Perform day‑to‑day technical support for EMS LINQ applications covering CACFP, CSFP, NSLP, SBP, SFSP, TEFAP, and Statewide Procurement.
• Apply software updates, security patches, and host the applications on state‑approved infrastructure.
• Manage annual licensing, regulatory compliance updates, and ensure continuous operation for all participating LEAs.
• Deliver support within the contract period (one year) with possible annual renewal up to a total ceiling of $25,000.
• Must be registered in Alabama Buys, meet E‑Verify and de‑barment requirements, and comply with all state procurement terms.
