The State of Maryland’s Department of Information Technology is issuing a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORPF) under its Hardware Master Contract (060B2490022) for CIENA equipment to provide on‑net redundancy at the Maryland Department of Health location (300 N Greene St). Only Master Contractors already holding the 2012 hardware master contract and certified small‑business vendors (SBR) may submit. The scope includes network communication equipment (transceivers, routers, power cords), associated software licenses, installation/training services, and a one‑year extended warranty. Bids must be submitted electronically via the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) system by 2:00 PM EST on 3 Nov 2026. Questions are due by 29 Oct 2026.
