Description
The State of Maryland’s Department of Information Technology is issuing a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) under its 2012 Hardware Master Contract (060B2490022). The solicitation seeks a Master Contractor (must already hold the Master Contract) to supply and install APC backup equipment for the DVMF LAN, specifically:
• APC Smart‑UPS SRT 5000VA units (2 quantities) and associated battery packs (2 quantities)
• Required installation and training services for the equipment
• Manufacturer’s extended warranty coverage for the supplied units
• All items must be new, unused, and the contractor must be an authorized APC reseller.
• Pricing must be valid for at least 90 days; proposals submitted electronically via eMMA by 2:00 PM EST on 10/29/2026.
• Small Business Reserve (SBR) designation – award limited to certified small‑business vendors.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsive, responsible Master Contractor offering the most advantageous price.
