Description
The State of Maryland’s Department of Information Technology is seeking a master contractor to provide Versa hardware, software, and associated maintenance services for the 2027‑2028 fiscal year. The solicitation is limited to contractors already awarded the 2012 Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services master contract (060B2490022) and requires compliance with Small Business Reserve (SBR) rules. The scope includes supply of microcomputers, servers, printers, networking equipment, security peripherals, installation and training, extended warranties, and ongoing support subscriptions (e.g., Versa Prime SD‑WAN, hardware support parts). Bids must be submitted electronically via the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) system by 2:00 PM EST on November 3, 2026. The period of performance runs from January 5, 2027 to January 4, 2028.
