The State of South Carolina Department of Natural Resources is seeking a vendor to supply, install, and maintain a current‑year model communications recording system (Eventide NexLog DX Series or equivalent) for its communications center, including five years of hardware and software support, cloud backup in AWS GovCloud, and integration with existing Motorola radio and Segra VOIP systems. The contractor must be Eventide factory‑trained, provide CJIS‑compliant services, and offer rapid on‑site support within South Carolina.
• Supply a 3U rack‑mount recorder with 6 TB RAID5, Linux OS, dual NIC, and web‑based management.
• Deliver integration, testing, and training for ~18 users across three on‑site sessions, plus 5‑year maintenance (24/7 remote/on‑site).
