Department of Corrections Secondary Education Program

The Iowa Department of Corrections seeks one to two vendors to deliver Adult Basic Education (ABE) services—including literacy, English‑Language‑Learner instruction, HiSET preparation, life‑skills, and vocational training—across nine state correctional facilities.
