Description
The City of Sterling Heights, Michigan is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive upgrade and ongoing maintenance services for its Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems. The contract will cover the replacement of aging UPS equipment, installation of new hardware, integration with existing electrical infrastructure, and a multi‑year maintenance program to ensure continuous operation of critical municipal facilities.
• Scope includes assessment of current UPS assets, design of upgrade solution, procurement and installation of new UPS units, testing, and commissioning.
• Ongoing preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and parts replacement for the life of the contract.
• Contractor must demonstrate experience with municipal or large‑scale UPS projects, possess necessary electrical licensing, and comply with local building codes and safety standards.
